Who We Are
Experience, results and trust are the three words that our clients most commonly used to describe their experience with HDR Consulting. HDR Consulting was founded in 2006 as a consulting firm focused on developing and implementing strategies to drive increased revenue for its healthcare provider clients. HDR's strength remains its focused approach to developing a managed care strategy. The ability to assess an entity's leverage points, review the market dynamics and perform a detailed financial review of that entity's managed care contracts enables us to respond with a strategy to improve managed care revenues in a short timeframe. This continued focus on the strategic plan and its implementation has earned HDR recognition in the industry as a top performing consulting firm.
Over the years however as the complexity of the healthcare marketplace has grown, the range and breadth of services HDR Consulting offers has grown to meet the needs of our clients. In order to provide these new services we have also grown as a company and added key personnel from both the provider and payor sides of the healthcare spectrum. Each of our team members has held senior operating as well as corporate level positions within their respective areas of expertise. |
